Artist Bio

Masika Hilda Atwanzire: Born, August 14 1996, Ugandan 3d Animator, Tutor, Painter, and Digital artist/illustrator. She completed her studies in Industrial design and fine art at Makerere University Kampala, Uganda.​She has worked as senior Animator at Crossroads Animation studio Uganda, a proud member of Women in animation Uganda, an NGO whose number one goal is to create opportunities for Ugandan women in the creative industry. Founder and C.E.O Artwanzire an art service company through which she has worked on a number of both digital and visual art projects.​Hilda has also worked as a 3D animation instructor/tutor at Crossroads animation Studio, she has trained Internees and animation students from Makerere University Kampala, Kyambogo and Nkumba University.​Her Art is inspired by Ugandan/African culture and society, Daily life, as well as the desire to tell stories, motivating her to communicate, engage and express her emotions and passions to impact the world.
