Artist Bio

"Hi, I’m Hilda Masika Atwanzire! Based in Kampala, I work at the intersection of art, technology, and education. My journey as a multidisciplinary artist has led me from creating 3D characters for children’s television to leading design teams for innovative EdTech solutions. Whether I’m illustrating, animating, or teaching, my goal is always the same: to tell stories that matter and to make creative tools accessible to everyone. 

I am also proud to be the Coordinator for Women in Animation Uganda (WIA–Uganda).A non-profit which has been a cornerstone for female creatives in the region, providing the mentorship and support needed for women to thrive in the digital arts and 3D animation industry."
